In a recent collaboration with National Silver Academy (NSA), NUS Mind-Science Centre (MSC) is offering the AWE Lifestyle Management Course tailored specifically for Active Ageing. NSA is a network of educational institutions and community-based organisations that offers learning opportunities for seniors aged 50 and above at subsidised rates.

The Age Well Everyday (AWE) Programme is an evidence-based, volunteer-driven community programme that aims to prevent or delay the onset of dementia and improve the quality of life of the elderly. It is currently being carried out by volunteer instructors at various community centres in Singapore. Programmes include components such as HEALTH EDUCATION, MINDFUL AWARENESS PRACTICE and PHYSICAL EXERCISE.
Through an e-learning portal, NUS Mind-Science Centre will be offering the AWE Lifestyle Management Course that comprises useful tips on diet, exercise and stress management. Learners will also take part in practical mindfulness sessions as part of the course.
